Enterprise software, engineered to operate at scale.

idataraya designs, builds, and operates enterprise software across data, cloud, AI, commerce, and connected hardware. A single engineering organisation owns architecture, delivery, and production support. Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, serving clients across the region.

Why we exist.

Organisations commissioning custom software typically choose between global platforms that do not fit their operating model, or local vendors that subcontract the core engineering. Neither option produces systems the business can depend on over the long term. idataraya was founded to provide a third option: an engineering organisation structured to own the full stack, deliver production-grade systems, and remain accountable for their operation beyond go-live.

Operating principles.

One team, full ownership

Architecture, implementation, deployment, and operations are delivered by a single engineering organisation. Responsibility is not distributed across departments, vendors, or support tiers.

Production is the standard

An engagement concludes when the system is running in production on the client's infrastructure, verified through end-to-end acceptance testing, and supported by trained operational staff.

Long-term operational accountability

The engineering team that delivers the system operates it. Monitoring, incident response, remediation, and iterative enhancements are handled by the authors of the code.
