Core collaboration hours are 10:00 to 16:00. Outside this window, engineers manage their own schedule. Performance is evaluated against delivered outcomes, not presence or clock hours.

Work from the Kuala Lumpur office, remotely from home, or a combination. The organisation operates async-first through Slack, GitHub, and Notion. On-site presence is required for client installation and incident response.

Equipment provision

MacBook Pro, external display, and peripherals as required. Hardware is refreshed on a two-year cycle. Specialist equipment for hardware engineers is approved case by case.

Annual leave

Annual leave entitlement allocated in full from day one of employment. No accrual-based availability. Public holidays observed per the Malaysian Labour Act.
