Staff training and handover

Cashiers and managers are trained on the exact hardware they will use, with the exact menus and promotions loaded. Printed runbooks and short videos stay on-site after handover, so the next new hire does not need a re-training visit.

Data migration and cutover rehearsal

Historical data, customers, SKUs, loyalty balances, open tabs, is migrated into staging, reconciled against source of truth, and rehearsed end to end. Cutover day runs a plan everyone has already walked through, with a documented roll-back if the numbers do not match.
