Live order status from paid through pack, Pos Laju pickup, and delivery. Pulls the same order record BSC writes to, so the customer sees the same status the merchant does.
Native push on order updates, restock alerts for saved items, and promotional campaigns segmented by loyalty tier. Frequency-capped server-side so customers don't get spammed into uninstalling.
Points balance, tier badge, and reward catalogue live inside the app. Redemption flows inline at checkout, so customers don't switch apps to claim what they earned at the counter.
Customer account with saved addresses, tokenised cards, order history, and a cart that survives between sessions. Auth tier matches the BSC storefront so one login works across web and app.
